| Description: | Due to internal promotion, Dominion Auto Group is looking for a Customer Relationship Representative.
This position helps create opportunities for the Sales department by responding to customer inquiries, managing the follow-up process and ensuring an overall extraordinary customer experience! Building and maintaining customer relationships is the main priority of this position.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic, organized, detail oriented and a team player. We need someone that shows initiative and has excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
This position is computer-based, so prior CRM experience is a plus. |
